Manager
Michigan - March 4, 2020
Great Company, Great People, Great Benefits
I've worked here over a year. If you are interested in an exciting, growing and innovative company and willing to do your part to win as a team, XPO Less-Than-Truckload is for you! Very competitive hourly and salaried compensation and benefits. Many dockworkers have advanced their careers and moved up into freight supervisor and even district manager roles. New training programs have rolled out to help new employees succeed in their roles. CEO caring about employees - often engages with employees and acts on employee feedback to continue enhancing and growing the organization.
warehouse worker

Dispatcher/Customer Service
Windsor, CT - March 5, 2020
Entertaining workplace with lots of recognition for jobs well done
This is one of the most balanced jobs when it comes to feeling support by the staff, the management, and the company. You can expect to find a lot of communication as emails are frequent and necessary in this business. There are obstacles and difficulties like in every job, but the difference is the management team is always willing to support. You will get set up for success and be acknowledged and praised for being able to move forward positively.
Inside Sales
Ann Arbor, MI - March 4, 2020
Nice place to work.
The people I work with are very nice and helpful. Our department works hard to bring on and take care of our customers. Management has in open door policy which is good. Easy to speak with. Training in some areas could be better.
Account Executive
Tempe, AZ - March 4, 2020
It was OK
OK place to work. The training was not adequate enough. There were certain numbers that had to be met or they would not work with you. I enjoyed those that I worked with.
IT Support Specialist
Portland, OR - March 4, 2020
Butt's in Seats
there is a bit of a dated warm butts in seats mentality that can result in good talent moving out quickly and seat warmers hanging out too long .........
Carrier Representative
Louisville, KY - March 3, 2020
young environment
At times it was a pretty toxic place to work but good money could be made.It would get hectic at times. Everyone had to take care of their numbers and that meant doing (legally) all you could to make that happen.
Truck Driver
Rockford, IL - March 3, 2020
Most employes are team players to get a job done.
A typical day at work is always busy and different each day. Co worker are always willing to help and make suggestions to complete a work task. Management is has an open door policy. Any employee can make suggestions for change or make a complaint without fear of pay back. The benefits are great. Health insurance and is very good. The overall rating is very good.
Warehouse worker
Itasca, IL - March 2, 2020
It was good
Workers there were nice except one besides that it was nice. The job hours were flexible and the manager was helpful. The job was very body demanding.
Account Executive
Tennessee - March 2, 2020
Hard to get going
Hierarchy of where any promising accounts/customers would go. Difficult for newer AE's to get any sort of traction unless handed accounts which were all small and handed to you for a reason. XPO AE's in different branches turn out to be your biggest competition, not other 3PLs.

Xpo is a very good place to work. Pay is higher than most places around and the benefits packages are outstanding. They maintain their equipment very well and take care of the employees.
Driver/Operator
Dayton, OH - March 1, 2020
Feels like xpo is downsizing the company
I do not understand the direction of the company....there use to be better communication to the drivers....feels like there are priming this company for sale....can never get drivers to work for us...revolving door....huge disparity in what drivers with 10 plus years makes to older drivers....runs are to short....the entire company is a hog board....
Warehouse Worker
Redlands, CA - March 1, 2020
Very Poor Communication
Very Poor Communication between management and the entire labor force. Many ideas brought up from the workers are usually ignored. There is no upward mobility at all, all management positions are usually filled from outside.
Certified Forklift Operator
Richmond, VA - February 29, 2020

Xpo , it is a good job to work for with good benefits . There are nice co workers , and bosses who are there to help you. However , I need more money .
CDL Class A Driver
Hutchins, TX - February 28, 2020
Is a good company
Is a good company to work for but they hire too many owner operators and that leaves the other drivers short of work, instead they should keep the drivers that they already have happy and with more loads that way
