Service Manager

Stone Mountain, GA - September 25, 2019

Great company

Great company. They promote within.

Quality Assurance Analyst

Des Moines, IA - March 5, 2020

Decent work, but boring

Fairly average corporate employer. Acceptable pay, solid health benefits. Really great PTO allowances and you are encouraged to take your time off. Hard to get adequate yearly raises, most of them aren't even COLA. Only way to get paid better is to transfer departments.

Liaison between Realtors and Real Estate

Parkland ave - March 5, 2020

Top down negotiations

Phone Banker

Roanoke, VA - March 5, 2020

Excellent Company

Great culture, competitive pay and wonderful benefits. Rigorous interview process but absolutely worth it. Easy people to work for who really invest in their employees.

Bank Lead Teller

San Diego, CA - March 5, 2020

Busy but fun place to work at.

Great opportunities. Taught to be responsible and take initiative to lead yourself. Grow and become better at what you are doing by loving it. Respectful area with diversity.

Loan Servicing Specialist I, II, & IV

Milwaukee, WI - March 5, 2020

Not Enough Pay and Very Tedious

Working for Wells Fargo as a Loan specialist was very tedious and required high risk quality assurance. The work environment a times was toxic and negative however there were lots of incentives. The metrics were sometime unbearable while the pay was minimal

Wholesale Banking, Business Relationship Manager/ Vice President

Seattle, WA - March 5, 2020

Great company to work for!

Wells Fargo was a team environment to work in and provided the tools and resources to exceed at your job. The customer was the first and last priority every day!

Business Systems Consultant

Oakland, CA - March 5, 2020

Ideal place to work with some limitation

Very ideal working environment when it comes to equipment and available tools. Very flexible work environment (e.g., hours and ability for remote work) which is conducive to individual creativity.

Home Mortgage Customer Service

Des Moines, IA - March 5, 2020

Good work environment

All the managers are nice as well as the coworkers it is very centered around customer service and keeping customers within the company and helping those in need.

Housekeeping Supervisor/ Floor Technician

Philadelphia, PA - March 5, 2020

Not a bad job

Great building to work for somewhat needs better management team.

Branch Manager

Pocatello, ID - March 5, 2020

Not management friendly. Easy to play the system.

The pay is good and has a strong belief in internal advancement. However they are wishy washy on sales and goals. Wish they would just say these are your goals. They also aren't very family friendly unless you play the he game. Wells also has a strong hr department which is great however it is not management friendly and it's quick to blame management even if the team is taking advantage of that. It's easy for tellers to not be dependable and there's nothing you can do about it.

Phone Banker/Claims Assistant

Richmond, VA - March 5, 2020

phone banker

it was an okay company to work for it was a little bit of a struggle offering products to customer when they only was calling about one inquire regarding bank account

Spanaway, WA - March 5, 2020

Who you know

Its who you know not what you know with wells fargo. Managers seems to only help people who they are cool with versus people who are qualified for the job.

Business Analyst for the new in-house Front-End application

Homewood, IL - March 5, 2020

I don’t want a machine to read my feeling about personal staff and that does not matter to you and this point and I have to write at minimum hundred and fifty 2 char

Quantitative Analytics Consultant

Charlotte, NC - March 4, 2020

Good company to raise family, not good for people who contributes more.

The company fits for 20/80 rule, which means 80% jobs are done by 20% people. But you are not paid better if you are among that 20%. It is not fair for people who are willing to take more responsibility and contribute more.

Federal Way, WA - March 4, 2020

Worst place / branch I have ever worked for.

Very immature management, they don't have respect for their employee. They don't treat all the employees the same, they have favorites. Supervisors gossip about employees, therefore don't share anything personal and confidential.

Developer for the Point of Sale interface to Teller devices

Chandler, AZ - March 4, 2020

Deceptive Manager Budget

Deceptive budget indication by the Manager, since they hired more people. Worked in a crowded area with testers. Loud managers close by. Good food in the cafeteria.

Lead Teller

Birmingham, AL - March 4, 2020

I have nothing positive to say about the Wells Fargo work environment. The company is all about up selling and is entirely too strict. The company also plays favorites.

Beaverton, OR - March 4, 2020

A lot of growth opportunities and everyone is a team member!

Where I was at, I was surrounded with great people. Everyone was willing to help, because we were all a team. Once you get into Wells, the growth opportunities are endless. I'm not sure of other locations or other jobs in Wells, but where I was at, my direct manager(s) always had a open mind to my ideas and had my best interest at heart. Since I've relocated, I currently cannot say whether that culture is shared across all of Wells...as it should be.

currently a Partime Teller, my job

The Villages, FL - March 4, 2020

customer service

working with customers. They took away our bonuses not good.

Morrow, GA - March 4, 2020

The offer good incentives, but good luck in using them

I hate it here. No compassion and they don’t care about anything. No work ethic. They are literally always in trouble so they’re always changing rules mid year.
