Lake Butler, FL - February 28, 2020
Banking
It is a good job especially if you are a sales oriented person. Banking is changing so expect to be multidimensional. If you're in a small town/area it is easy to get burnt out seeing the same faces everyday but every job comes with its pros and cons.

Customer Service Representative
Orange, NJ - February 22, 2020
Working to make customers happy
A typical day involves constantly greeting customers and serving their needs. Our managers will come around to help us if we have any questions. Multiple times, we need to calm the customer down by putting ourselves in their shoes when an error occurs.

Exceptions Clerk
Greenville, SC - February 20, 2020
Decent Company
TD is a great company, they are all about building your own brand. They are all about diversity and inclusion. Process and procedures are in place, no micro managing, Flexible hours. My cons are they put allow people in management who should not lead an animal let alone a human, they abuse their authority, and attempt to block you from moving up or leaving their departments. The pay can also suck. I worked their for 5 years, started off at abt $15 back in 2011 and left barely making $17. Outside of those cons, the company is great, but those are MAJOR cons...lol.
Deposit Operations Representative
Lexington, SC - February 20, 2020
Overall good company
I enjoyed working for the company. Workload became heavier after about a year and they only provide PTO. No sick time or holiday pay. Overall I enjoyed working here and my coworkers were wonderful.

High Stress but Doesn't Need To Be
The environment can be an easy environment however constant turnover hurts the overall feel.
Digital Media Specialist
Auburn, ME - February 17, 2020
TD is alright
TD is a very stressful job. TD treats its employees good to an extent but they do fire people often and the excuses don't make a lot of sense. Fir example I have been with td over 4 years and was told I was fired for phone use when TD was aware in would have it due to grandmother dieing.
