Horrible store manager
He is very rude especially at night. None of his managers really like him. He is one those difficult people you don’t want work with. He talks very condescending to you. He has really bad mood swings.

The good and the bad
I think they should’ve been a little more attentive and professional . There were two managers that interviewed me and they seemed a little more occupied with their environment then interviewing me .

It had its perks
I worked seasonal there, I did not like the managers there, they were tag teaming on some of the employees (me) and you can’t trust any manager there.
Security Protection Specialist
Visalia, CA - May 11, 2020
Wonderful starting area when entering the working world!
As they gave me a chance, I proved to the company that I can exceed their expectations. Whether they set it to 100%, Ill push to do my 1000% best, and so on after that. They saw the potential, and gave promotions due to that. They are very fair, and willing to give anyone a chance!

Ross employment
Working for Ross over all I would give a 4 rating. For the most part they take care of their employees. Days can go by fast just because their is always something to do. Work hard and your hard work will be noticed

Terrible hours, terrible pay bullying and cliqs
Dont recomend working here I started out as a stock associate I got promoted to store security specialist well I consistently got a out 15 hours a week also the manager got fired the assistant manager quit they hired a new manager who really liked cutting hours, I assume for personal"bonus" reasons and for some reason there was a toxic environment of bullying ,gossip andcliqs

Poor managment fun work place
Poor Management and work culture fun but not productive. Management team communicate poorly with employees, as a result employees feel underappreciated and dispensable.
Operations Supervisor
North Miami Beach, FL - May 7, 2020
alright to have as an entry level position
Entry level positions with minimal room for growth. Depending on location and who is in management will determine your work experience on a daily basis. Long hours and minimal time off or work life balance
Senior Area Loss Prevention Manager
Phoenix, AZ - May 7, 2020
Micro Managed to the penny
LP seems to dictate the path of the company and promotes individuals based on diversity versus job performance, solely at the direction of the LP VP. In typical retail fashion, leaders will make promises and never deliver.
Retail Associate
Orlando, FL - May 7, 2020
It’s a great place to work!
The salary could be better, but the company take care too much to its employees. I felt happy to work there! The management team was awesome! Always have support to us
Front End Supervisor
California - May 6, 2020
Meh
Worked at different locations. Some stores are great with amazing management. Some stores I went home crying because the management would never listen to the employees and also treat them unfairly
Crew Member
Aurora, CO - May 6, 2020
It’s a place to work for extra cash
Management is okay as far as getting a schedule and coming to work whatever position. Everyone (if they show up) will do enough to keep the store running and decently in order. If management actually showed some care and purpose of being there other than a paycheck I feel the culture there would flourish and so will the environment.
Sales Associate/Store Protection Specialist

Ross
What stood out my 2 years there, they wasn't u to do things how they wasnt u to regardless of how much it may help the company. Your idea will not be heard, and if they are u won't get credit for it.. they also handpick employee of the month. I can't prove it but I kno I should've had it at least twice my whole time there with all the things I've accomplished, taught and learned.. this isn't the only job that had done me this way.
Sales Associate/Customer Service

They fair
There is not many black people at all. I am satisfied in my position overall. The schedules are not that great. I don’t have anything else to say. Thanks
Cash Office Associate
Baytown, TX - May 5, 2020
Pretty Fun Place To Work.
I've been with the company for over 5 years. It has been accommodating with life outside of work. The great part is that you get to work all over the store so cross training is available and you won't get bored being in one place all day. I highly recommend keeping your business to yourself as gossip travels faster than air-no matter what store you're at. The discount is great and every 5 months you get a 40% discount from Mon-Thurs. Corporate hands down stupid decisions pretty often but nothing that's wildly life changing. Very flexible and overall pretty decent company to work for.
