Sales Representative

West Covina, CA - May 13, 2020

This is the worst work experience in my life. They swear to you a lot for a simple question you ask, they are bunch of liar with nice suits and Rolex watches, Manager treat you as number. No training, at first they said will provide training but in reality they just put you with customer and ask you to figure things out by your self. Its like a "Mafia" role play in this industry, which is kinda stupid for adults to act like this in the real world as this is 2020. Coworker could just come to you and talk bad and sometimes racist stuff just to ruin your day. Manager give leads to their favorite person, only.

Micro Management / Bait & Switch

Micro management.Bait/Switch is practiced.Get everything in writing, DON'T drink the Kool-Aid.Absence of raises have creative excuses.EGO trips abound

Tuscaloosa, AL - May 8, 2020

Awesome company..just got overlooked being a female..many told me I was. Worked hard and strived to be the best. Mercedes was my life. But u get sick or hurt they dont want to deal with it..they can always hire someone cheaper who dont care as much. Worried about their future as a company in Vance. You are as good as your team. Quality shows. Care about your team members it goes a long way.

Senior Sale and Lease Consultant

Boerne, TX - May 8, 2020

It’s a great Company to work for

They are fair to everyone and have high standards for their customers so as long as you treat customers well you have no problems working there. The have a strong philosophy that customer is always right. They find ways to make deals rather than to break deals from happening. It’s a first class operation. The Best or Nothing!

Accounting Clerk

Knoxville, TN - May 5, 2020

Sales is the favorite

New management changed everything. Vacation time was changed without telling the office workers. Insurance was changed with little warning and prices were doubled. A guy working the same position as me was paid 3 dollars more an hour than me. If you are a good worker, you are severely taken advantage of. More and more work with no pay increase. They pay is good for entry, but not worth the the toxic work environment oand no advancement opportunities.

Car Service

Hoover, AL - May 5, 2020

Productive each day with getting hands on with different cars

• Moved heavy boxes, containers and pallets with the use of hand trucks and pallet jacks.• Consulted with customers to understand their desires and suggest the best products to meet their needs.

Service Technician

Daytona Beach, FL - April 30, 2020

Very professional technician group

Mercedes-Benz of Daytona is a very professional,well-organized dealership with outstanding technical assistance for service technicians. Some days will require technicians to work extra long hours to meet productivity goals, so a flexible technician schedule is a plus. Overall a very rewarding place to work, as is to be expected with hard work and continuous learning from constantly changing automotive technology.

I would rather not say

Atlanta, GA - April 22, 2020

Mercedes What??

When I first started working there, great company!! WOW...then it went down Gil quick. Managers are not the best there and people are delusional at best! Someone needs to really think about things when they hire!

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Fort Worth, TX - April 21, 2020

loved working here

very welcoming and understanding of real life situations, good balance between work and home life. not very growth friendly but it’s a nice environment to work in

Lease End Specialist

Fort Worth, TX - April 20, 2020

Very Diverse company

Great incentive and very diverseFun work activity. They have people that really care about you. Not sure if the same management staff is there but I've met some great people

Westwood, MA - April 20, 2020

It's very productive and there is a lot to learn

Since I've been at Mercedes Benz, I have learned a lot and there is a lot to learn. If you want to work there and you are good at diagnostics, you will go far... also, other technicians will also help you if you need it, although it's not easy to do diagnostics. Also, the management is awesome, the job gets done and you won't feel like you're nagging them, it's a very diverse environment, and they also are very understanding to your needs.

Sales Associate

Cincinnati, OH - April 19, 2020

Awful company

This company, specifically the Cincinnati location, does nothing for the employees. Management and the owners only care about ONE thing, and that is shoving overly priced cars down peoples throats. It’s despicable what they will do to con young families and young people into thinking a 500 dollar lease payment for a stripped down Mercedes is acceptable and reasonable

Service Advisor

Pleasanton, CA - April 18, 2020

Good place to work

Awesome friendly environment. Management and co workers helped me to succeed . Can be stressful at times but your going to get that as an advisor. I learned more things on a daily basis.

Business Development Manager/Sales Manager

Dallas, TX - April 16, 2020

Fun and productive working environment.

I've learned a lot in my career at Mercedes Benz and through the years I've worn many different hats. Accounting, finance, sales manager and lastly business development manager. I would say my favorite position was the last one because I really enjoy creating success in others and watching them grow

Assistant Service Manager

Atlanta, GA - April 16, 2020

poor management

When I was an associate there things was fast paced and uptempo. Management was rarely involved. The structure was built in a way to make it very hard to succeed

Service Technician

San Diego, CA - April 15, 2020

Good company

Mercedes-Benz is a great company with a great team mentality. Takes a bit to move up but the opprotunity is always there. Great benefits and plenty of work every day.

Lot Attendant

Clive, IA - April 10, 2020
