Productive and fun environment

A typical day at work is seeing all the girls at our jump start meeting so we can have a set goal for the day. All my coworkers are like sisters to me. Management is very committed to reaching our sales goals everyday. Great music ambiance and schedule flexiblity.

It’s a great place to work while you’re young.

I loved working here in my early 20’s. It’s a good and easy job to get at the age of 18. You meet a lot of people, make a lot of money and create lasting friendships.

It’s okay I had fun in the beginning but then they started taking away my shifts and only giving me one day a week which to me felt like a punch in the gut

Over all not great

If all you're looking for is a pay check. Go right ahead. It's really a mixed bag apart from that. Some locations seem to be better than others but I can't speak outside of my personal experience.

RUN from management, great place to be if you want to go somewhere with your looks!

This is not a good place to work as far as management goes. The job is pretty demanding and is very fast paced. Going to work can be fun, but its like being in high school. Girls act like they are in high school. Managers start drama, and at my location ... managers took tips from girls and told them it would be included in their pay when it wasnt. CHECK OUT REVIEWS OF LOCATION PRIOR. This will tell you a lot. If you want to get into modeling or something of that nature, it is great because they offer oppoutunities through the calander and pagaent.

I liked this job because I was able to joke around with my coworkers and have fun while still doing my job, but there was a good bit of drama to deal with and the management wasn’t the best
