Willis, TX - March 5, 2020

I have enjoyed learning the job and it is always interesting.

A typical day entails working with customers and helping them determine what part they need for their vehicle. I am also learning about closing the store at night.

Parts Sales Manager

Hendersonville, NC - March 5, 2020

The customer is Autozone's number one priority.

I enjoy working for Autozone for the most part. The pay is not that great and the availability requirements for my position out strain on my family life. Overall I would give Autozone a 3 out of 5.

Steady, consistent place to work

In a solid industry with a consistent approach to business. A typical day is 8am to 5pm and dress is business casual (no jeans). A key mission in the corporate office is to support the retail stores out in the world.

Route Driver

Dallas, TX - March 5, 2020

Not the best work place

Don't believe them about raises. Some of the more remote stores are VERY racist and the response to complaints seems very slow for such a large company

Parts Manager

Orange County, CA - March 5, 2020

Good and bad

Great work environment and management where I worked not all are the same from what I seen and heard. On the bad, work pay and every now and then you’ll get a rude customer

Most enjoyable part of the job was the customers and a few co workers

It's an easy job. You just have to be willing to do the work. I miss that job. The only problems is people quit all the time. I made a lot of friends there that I'm still friends with to this day.

Store Manager

Campbell, CA - March 4, 2020

Exciting place to work at needing extra devotion

The place is a good place to develop or polish your retail management skills, the only down side is that there is no work life balance, the KPIs and expectations are sky high but the promises made by the top management are not fulfilled at all.

Parts Delivery Driver

Fort Washington, MD - March 4, 2020

Mangement is understanding

The staff/coworkers are very friendly. You meet wonderful customers most times. They pay is the reason im leaving. I feel as though the amount of work i do here is not adding up. Other than that couldn't ask for a better staff. Just feel as though the company does not offer a salary to live off of for the amount of work you do.

Parts Salesman

Yankton, SD - March 3, 2020

simple work experience

Working at autozone was very straight forward and enjoyable. The way the computer system was set up made it easy to look up and locate parts for the customers. The other employees were easy to get along with and made working enjoyable.

Encourage zoners to increase our sales by providing outstanding customer service, planing for upcoming events and set a goal every day. Making sure everyone feels part of the company.

customer sales satisfaction

San Antonio, TX - March 2, 2020

kinda fun kinda BS

if you wanna stand around and talk about cars with people than this is for you. the work place is mostly guys and so are the customers, as a girl be prepared for harassment (of all forms) from male customers. management really cant do anything about the customers expect ask them to leave or to stop. The more experience and knowledge about cars you have the higher the starting pay. You don't need to know anything about cars, they have printable information that you can take home and read. its fun and chill sometimes but for the most part you don't make that much unless you really have something to offer the company

Sales Clerk

Albion, MI - March 1, 2020

The friendliness of the workers and relationship between employee and costumers

AutoZone is a good place to work for and shop at. They are really helpful and if they aren't sure they'll do what they can to try to figure it out. Their not to pushy but try to offer more than what's needed.
