Delivery Associate

Productive
Should give bonuses for good drivers. They do all of the work for the company. They make it happen regardless of the horrible app provided to use. No benefits in 4 months of working.

You can work as many hours as possible
Everything is computerized, the management staff act like robots only to fallow the performance numbers of every employee. This is the sole reason the fulfillment centers have a high turnover rate.
Package Handler
Shawnee, KS - March 5, 2020
This a great place to work.
Great place to work for, but be prepared to work and work hard for your money. Benefits could be better. Sometimes the work environment was fun and some days it wasn’t all depends on the supervisors that was on duty.
Quality Assurance Lead
Whitestown, IN - March 5, 2020
Horrible work environment
Treat you like a slave, you are there to make their money, not your own, they won't advance you unless you know someone, they "Lost" my resume they had on file for years every time I applied to move up. Lunch breaks are a joke you can work 13 hours in a night and still only get 2 breaks and a 30-minute lunch which you have to take. It's hot in the summer, cold in the winter, ambulance and tow truck are always on hand because people can't afford a decent vehicle and they get injured all the time, their medical staff is so undertrained it's ridiculous, they tell you to drink water even if you are hurt badly or tell you that you're faking it. They monitor their medicine "aspirin" like you are taking it home to make meth, it's horrible.
FULFILMENT ASSOCIATE
Riverside, CA - March 5, 2020
Warehouse work?
I loved the work but we went through 13 managers in a single year so you can understand I have some confusion about our management. Most people who asked to be trained in anything were promised training in that area they asked only to be completely transferred to a completely different department they never asked to goto.

INTERNAL LOGISTICS/FORKLIFT DRIVER
San Marcos, TX - March 5, 2020
Not recomended to older workers.
Not recomended to older workers. Management in this company gives preferentalil treatment to younger workers (particularly those who are attrctive) at best. At worst older workers are subjected to constructive discharge and harrassment.

KTR Agent
WFH - March 5, 2020
They pay well but...
The company pays decent. They just won't give you a lot of hours as a CSR due to the fact that they outsource this job to India and its cheaper to pay them then it is to pay you.

Who you knows grows you
If you're a Tier I, typical life is usually 10/12 hrs all shift you're on your feet. You'll never sit down unless on break. The jobs are not hard but without music it makes the day go by longer. Tier 3 are usually an assistant to management. Also, your days are 10/12 hr shift. The company biggest focus is their customer which unfortunately is not their workers. They do expect you to deliver results as if your body does not tire throughout the day. Once you get in the door with Amazon, you need to start thinking of your next goals. Start eyeing other positions within about 45 days from starting. You can move up in Amazon quickly, but you have to start building those relationships as soon as walk in the door.

Phoenix, AZ - March 4, 2020
Amazon is now hiring.
Amazon is a great company to work for. It's hard work and not for everyone. I enjoyed working there and if it wasn't for their strict policies, I'd still be employed there.

Joliet, IL - March 4, 2020
Hard work
Money is decent but you'll have to do your job to earn that money. Benefits are TOP NOTCH! Management is fair but wiring your way up is tough... small fish in a big pond.

Great job
It is a great job as long as you work hard. The people are great and management are willing to help you with anything that you need to succeed while working there.
Packer
Spartanburg, SC - March 4, 2020
Management
Treat people the way you want to be treated. Shows a lot of favoritism. Everybody should be treated equally. But sometime we have to realize we can't look at others and worry about what other people do just do your job
Crew Member
Moreno Valley, CA - March 4, 2020
productive
keeps busy and on your feet all then manager care for you and want you to compete for a job if its seasonal they are determined to work you into th ground
Events Principal

Not a fantastic culture
If you have ever read glassdoors reviews this will not be a surprise. It is a very contentious work place environment and not supportive in nature. Most leave after a short period.
