A great place to work

I spent almost two years at Allstate Insurance and it was a great start to my career. Hours were flexible because my manager was very understanding of my needs. I learned a great deal about professionalism and business in general. The culture in my office was not ideal and I sometimes felt stifled or drained by the end of the day but overall I often enjoyed my work with Allstate.

Fair and great culture

Great leadership, innovative, great benefits and pay. Opportunity for upward mobility can be stifled if you are not willing to relocate. Recruiters and H.R are terribly slow at responding to jib applications. You may be completely qualified for a position, yet you are not even considered. Once you leave the company, not much chance they will take you back.

HR Sourcing Analyst II

Irving, TX - February 25, 2020

Workplace Culture

Could be better. There is not a sense of belonging everything is so separate. I prefer more events and involvement and that is not in my department. It's all about goals which is good but when you meet them or exceed you are expected to give more and that is not sitting well with me because some people are getting paid and not doing anything. Makes you want to leave so bad but the remote option to work is the keeper.
