Material Handler

Memphis, TN - May 13, 2020

Fair company

You can get plenty of hours working with this company unless you're lazy. Adecco is a fair company and is willing to help you grow if you're willing to expand.

Mount Vernon, OH - May 13, 2020

Learned so much!

Supervisors took time to teach me hogs they didn’t have to, and pushed me toward success. I never thought I would enjoy factory work so much! I got to learn about the machines and tools and how everything functions. Overall it was a great experience!

(Blue Diamond Production Laborer), Salida Plant

Modesto, CA - May 12, 2020

Customer Service Agent

Melbourne, FL - May 11, 2020

Amazing place to work!

All employees and managers are kind and fun while also being productive and encouraging! Probably my favorite job, I would go back in a heartbeat! You can't go wrong here.

Account Manager

Norcross, GA - May 10, 2020

High Stress Unorganized

To the point, Adecco as a whole is great for staffing and helping people find job positions. As an employee (Account Manager) it was a horrible, stressful environment. Overworked, management has unrealistic expectations and they’re aware that their “training” isn’t really proper training. Your assigned accounts change often with little knowledge of the client company info so it’s difficult to truly assist clients

Fort Worth, TX - May 9, 2020

Es una empresa que no garantiza un buen salario, y no sigue la funcion de averiguar como se porta y trabaja un empleado

Es una temporaria que no averiguan el trabajo de la gente que emplean

Pennsylvania - April 30, 2020

Not recommended

ADECCO used to be a great place to work, coworkers became like family then upper management became greedy and consolidated offices and split business which paired people who have never met with new management idea. Often times understaffing large accounts which then forced you to work double shifts to cover demanding clients while being pulled in different directions with no support.

Talent Acquisition Manager

Orlando, FL - April 29, 2020

Great Opportunity

Thankful for the leadership team that hired and grew me into the HR professional I am today. I look forward to new opportunities the experience provided to me

Cincinnati, OH - April 28, 2020

Talya Kemper

I love Adecco, I have been with that company ever since 1999, they have been very good to me, I have zero complaints, they pay very well, they are so very nice,

Human Resources Staffing Supervisor

McCarran, NV - April 27, 2020

The HR experience I was able to gain in a short time

This was a good company to work for while it lasted and a busy, high pressure job. However, it did not offer support and HR Supervisors were given many tasks to do with no training for said tasks. There was a lot of trial and error. It was rewarding to motivate the employees however.

Administrative Assistant

Wyomissing, PA - April 27, 2020

Closed in my area

Company has since closed in my area. But when it was open they often helped me find good paying assignments. Most times they had a hands approach to handling your assignments which I found very helpful.

Philadelphia, PA - April 26, 2020

Work Life Balance and Support Are Lacking

As much as the company emphasizes the need to improve our Great Place to Work score, management does not provide basic support. Work life balance is lacking and issues brought to management are never addressed.

General Laborer

Charlotte, NC - April 26, 2020

Go to Randstad instead

The jobs are low paying, the staff will lie to you about the type of work you will be doing. A lot of times the job u get requires way more work than Adecco let you know of.

Toulouse, KY - April 26, 2020

it is a good company for a first experience

It was an intership so do not be afraid about my salary, it is the minimum wage in France.I had a good time with that company because of my collegues. I was realy welcome there.

Memphis, TN - April 26, 2020

They fill bodies to work not qualified workers. My resume wasn't even looked at not once. I applied online for my interview. Showed up and it wasn't an interview but an administration process. 2 weeks later I was finally set for my Orientation at the Nike Facility. Had 30 people in my Orientation and today only I still work there.. Found many of our leadership asleep in an office as well.

Customer Service Associate

Miami, FL - April 25, 2020

Promises becoming permanent employment but does not follow through.

During training there were about 35 new employees I'm by the time training once done and were and schedules were set, right before we all head are 3-month mark to be scheduled for permanent placement. Literally, there were maybe five people left over from my training group and then finally there were none. So promises of permanent employment and amazing benefits were false, we were used and given false hopes.

Usher/Ticket Taker/Material Handler

Orlando, FL - April 24, 2020

Weekly pay

Some of the jobs they send you to are good. Some of the work is ok.So of the jobs are not so good. Do not give you a chance to stay at some of the jobs. The management in some of the jobs is unfair and try to get rid of some of the people so they can bring in their family members to take your position.

Customer Service Representative

Parsippany, NJ - April 24, 2020

interesting place I learned a lot about the company and my skills as an emplyee

I was in a new place where I could utilize all my skills to varying degrees.this is my quest to learn new things, to know what kind of situations and people that I can deal with. Being observant, patient, calm, and friendly. In every situation with new people you learn something new about yourself and other people.
